Important information for the race at Höchstädt
Dear riders and teams,
as usual you get some information with this e-mail.

Pricemoney:
The 20th best of the season of each class , please note that the payout of the overall prize money takes place next to the race office. That will be seperately to the usual payout of the daily prize money and where you will get the license back . Please pick up the daily prize money first and then go to the overall payout!

ADAC MX Masters: Only teams/riders who have attended at least 5 events shall be eligble for the year-end standings price money. Subsequent riders not move up.

ADAC Youngster/Junior Cup: Only teams/riders who have attended at least 4 events shall be eligble for the year-end standings price money. Subsequent riders not move up.

The refund for the neck brace will also be paid out for class 2 and 3 at the overall payout. Please note - as announced - that the refund will only be paid out if you participated at all races!

Energy:
please remember that only IP44 calbes are allowed

License and starting permission:
Every rider needs his license and a starting permission from his federation.
FIM/UEM licenses do not automatically have a foreign starting permission!
You need to take the starting permission with you - Do not send it in advance!
Pit Bikes:
Every Pit Bike needs a Pit Bike Sticker. You can buy it at the ADAC truck. Enclosed you will find the map where Pit Bikes are allowed.

Pit Bikes without Sticker for this event, driving in not allowed areas or driven to fast will be confiscated!!!
Paddock:
At the event location walking speed has to be strictly adhered with all vehicles.
The paddock is opened Friday from 09:00 to 23:00, Saturday from 07:00 to approx. 22:00 and on Sunday from 07:00 in the morning.

Only during that times a vehicle entry is possible!
Document check:
The document check is located at the race office.
At the race office you can bring back your transponders, get your license back and receive your price money.
Miscellaneous:
At all working times an underlay has to be among the bikes. For bike cleaning, please use the official washing place.
