Hi,

My 16 year old daughter would like to start racing in Belgium/Holland and maybe also do a few other races in neighboring countries in 2012. Today she has a Swedish MX-Girls Pro license (MX2) that we will not renew since she we are now living i Belgium for the next three years. What license do you recommend that she gets for 2012. She is racing 250 fourstroke and would like to be in girls only races when the exists?

There are some amateur organisations like VMCF who have a girl championship, but i dont reccomend it if you want to make progression.

I think there are some girls here on the forum who can suggest you what to do.

There are now some supercrosses in Holland with a girl class.

I think juniors MX2 in an amateur federation will be a decent level to compare her skills. A few years ago a top 10 lady did this end of the season, she managed to be in front half of the race and finished top 5.

I think in the Netherlands on the MON they have a girl race every week?

Do you recommend any specific organisation / federation for the license and are there any differences between the organisations in Belgium and Holland? In Sweden the license costs has sky rocketed the last two years and now costs more than 300 Euro per year.

i dont think you gonna find anything cheaper in belgium....

In belguim you can do ladieraces in Vmcf and vlm ( not every week but some races) If you take a license by one of the two ,you can race both normally
And i think that if you ask that you can also race the ladies race in the mon.(holland) But i'm not sure!
You can also take a knmv or bmb license to race the open dutch championschip. that are races against the gp girls.
